“Create Account” is for opening your account in the system and is where you can provide and obtain information necessary for participating in the conference. The AFC Secretariat will contact you through the mail address you provide in “User Account.”

1-4.1 Click “Your Submissions”
1-4.2 Click on applicable submission type
1-4.3 Fill in/select the necessary information(* items are mandatory).
Click “Proceed” when you have filled in the necessary information.
1-4.4 To make changes select “Return to Step 1”. To submit your application select “Complete Submission.”
1-4.5 Following your submission you will receive an e-mail from the AFC office.

Papers should be saved in PDF format before uploading.

1-07.Why do I have to register twice: “Create account” and “Participation Registration”?「新規登録」と「参加登録」と2回するのはなぜ？為什麼「申請註冊」後又要再有「登記參加」的兩次手續呢？
“Participation Registration” is to inform the AFC Secretariat that you will participate in the AFC and/or that you would like to reserve your accommodation.
If you registered using “Create account” and/or “Participant Registration” but for some reason are unable to participate in the conference, please close your account (See Step 5 for how to withdraw) or contact the AFC office. We will cancel your registration.
You will receive the following e-mail.
「参加登録」は、AFCに参加するか、また宿泊予約などの手続きのために必要となる登録のことです。「参加登録をして論文投稿もしたけれど、参加しない」場合は、辞退手続き（投稿論文の取り下げ(withdraw)）をご自身でするか、事務局へご連絡下さい。
「投稿の取り下げ」(withdraw)は下記の手順で行って下さい。
投稿の取り下げが完了すると、AFC事務局より完了メールが届きます。
在註冊之後，會收到事務局所寄的相關手續說明郵件等訊息。
「登記參加」為是否參加AFC，以及在預約住宿等手續時所需要的登記。若是「已登記參加，亦投稿了論文，最後卻無法參加」的話，請由自已來進行謝絕手續(撤回投稿論文(withdraw))，或是與事務局聯絡。
請依照下列方式來進行「撤回投稿論文(withdraw)」手續
投稿撤回的手續完成之後，會收到由AFC事務局所寄出的通知郵件。

1-09.I need an invitation letter or a letter of request for visa and/or internal procedures in my organization.学内手続きやビザ取得のため、招待状や出張依頼状が欲しい。為了學校方面的手續以及取得簽證，希望可以有邀請函或出差委託書。
If you need an official letter of acceptance of your abstract for full paper, short paper, or posters, please contact the AFC office (mailto:[email protected]). We can provide with a document that contains the title of your paper, your affiliation and names of co-authors, as well as the signature and seal of the host. You can use this as an official letter but not for visa application.
A general invitation letter (not valid for visa application) is issued to all authors and co-authors as well as observers who have completed “Registration as Participant” and
paid in full. Login and download the letter from “Invitation and Confirmation (PDF)” from your page in the AFC online system.
If you require a visa to enter Taiwan, our co-host, Chinese Culture University (CCU) in Taipei, can provide the supporting documents for your visa application. More information about this will be made available in May 2021.
論文タイトル、投稿者および共著者の名前と所属が記載され、主催者の署名捺印のある招待状や出張依頼状が必要な方はAFC事務局（[email protected]）にご連絡ください。ただし、これらの招待状・出張依頼書はビサの申請には利用できません。
台湾入国のビサ申請のための招待状が必要な場合は、開催3か月前から共催の中国文化大学（Chinese Culture University）が申請に必要な資料を発行します。詳細は2021年5月末にAFCウェブページでお知らせします。
請登入AFC線上系統的我的頁面，並進行下載「Invitation and Confirmation (PDF)」。
若需要有記載論文題目、投稿人以及共著作者姓名和所屬機構，並有主辨單位簽章的邀請函或是出差委託書時，請與AFC事務局([email protected])聯絡。然而必需加以說明的是，這一類的邀請函及出差委託書並無法使用於申請簽證上。
為了申請臺灣的入國簽證而需要邀請函時，在會議舉行的3個月之前，共同舉辨的中國文化大學(Chinese Culture University)會發行申請時需要的相關資料。詳細內容會在2021年5月底於AFC網頁上再行告知。
