Create Account
“Create Account” is for opening your account in the system and is where you can provide and obtain information necessary for participating in the conference. The AFC Secretariat will contact you through the mail address you provide in “User Account.”

Deadline for abstract submissions
・For those applying for AFC Scholarships and Best Paper Awards: August 31, 2020
・In the acceptance notice, application procedures for the scholarships will be included.
・Release of selection results of scholarships: around January 20, 2021
・For those not applying for AFC Scholarships and Best Paper Awards: February 28, 2021

Payment
PayPal (credit card settlement) or bank transfers are accepted.

The registration fee must be paid via the methods above as the scholarship or award prize will be given on site in cash.

・優秀論文賞の対象外の論文締切： 2021年5月31日原稿の言語は英語、日本語、中国語のいずれかとなります。

会期が近づきましたら、専用のトラベルフォームに、
緊急連絡先、往復のフライトNo.、到着・出発予定時刻などを入力いただきます。※会議の詳細は、会期が近づきましてから発表されるインフォパック(INFOPACK)で必ずご確認下さい。

在學會將近時、請於專用的旅程表中、
