3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received on or before June 20, 2026 will not incur any fees.
- Cancellations received between June 21 and July 25, 2026 will incur a 50% fee.
- Cancellations received on or after July 26, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to the AFC Secretariat at [email protected].
4. Study Tours and Excursions
- Study tours and excursions will be held on Monday, August 28, 2026.
- Detailed information and a registration form will be available on the AFC website by February 1, 2026.
- Participation in the study tours and excursions will incur additional charges.

3. キャンセルポリシー
- 2026年6月20日以前にキャンセルされた場合は、手数料はかかりません。
- 2026年6月21日から7月25日までは、50％の手数料が発生します。
- 2026年7月26日以降のキャンセルは、返金の対象外となります。
- キャンセルは必ずEメールで、AFC事務局（[email protected]）まで連絡ください。
4. スタディーツアー(見学)
- 2026年8月28日（月）にスタディーツアーを実施します。
- 詳細情報および登録フォームは、2026年2月1日までにAFCウェブサイトにて公開予定です。
- スタディーツアーへの参加は別途料金が発生します。
