3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received on or before June 20, 2024 will not incur any fees.
- Cancellations received between June 21 and July 26, 2024 will incur a 50% fee.
- Cancellations received on or after July 27, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to the AFC Secretariat at [email protected].
4. Study Tours and Excursions
- Study tours and excursions will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024.
- Detailed information and a registration form will be available on the AFC website by January 12, 2024.
- Participation in the study tours and excursions will incur additional charges.
