Also read aisaka. A type of warrior run *mushabashiri •ŽÒ‘–, where two diagonal paths converge at the bottom or top of an earthen embankment inside a castle. These paths enable numerous defensive troops to move simultaneously in and out of position on the ramparts. Other types of warrior runs used to climb up castle embankments include double paths *kasanezaka dâ and steps *gangisaka Šå–Øâ.
