The state-of-emergency declaration was lifted and the first face-to-face meeting for 2020 Atsumi scholarship recipients was held at Atsumi International Foundation Hall on June 9th.
We invited Dr. Tatsuji Kataoka as a speaker for a lecture entitled "Is it too late to ask?! Questions and Doubts about COVID-19". He explained in detail about the coronavirus and answered all questions at length. It was a very useful lecture, set in a friendly atmosphere. At the end of the gathering, we took a group photo wearing masks. We hope that someday, soon, we will be able to talk calmly about this day.
