Lit. fish tile. The lower parts of ogre tiles *onigawara 鬼瓦 which extend downward on each side of the large semi-cylindrical tile *ogamidomoe 拝巴 at each end of the peak of a roof. These lower parts of the ogre tiles are often called legs *ashi 足.
