3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before November 20, 2019 will not incur any fee.
Cancellations received after November 20, 2019 and before December 8, 2019 will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations received on or after December 8, 2019 will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the AFC office at [email protected].
4. Study Tours and Excursions
Study Tours and Excursions will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2020. Detailed Information and registration form will be available on the AFC website by June 30, 2019.

4.キャンセル
- 参加費を納入後、2019年11月20日まではキャンセル料がかかりません。
- 2019年11月20日から12月8日までは、50％のキャンセル料がかかります。
- 2019年12月8日以後は100％のキャンセル料がかかります。
- キャンセルは必ず書面で、アジア未来会議事務局（[email protected]）へお知らせください。
5.スタディツアー・見学会
スタディツアー、見学会は2020年1月12日（日）に実施します。
ツアーの詳細と登録については、2019年6月30日までに第5回アジア未来会議のホームページに掲載します。
