- アジア未来会議の栞（インフォパック）は9月初旬に全参加者にお知らせします。空港からのアクセス、到着時の参加登録、毎日の日程、などたくさんの情報が含まれています。
- ホテルの手配を依頼された方には、9月中旬に、ご宿泊されるホテルの名前と住所をお知らせします。

- AFC Timeline
– The schedule for parallel sessions will be announced to all presenters through the AFC Online System by August 24, 2016. After necessary adjustments, it will be finalized by September 1, 2016.
– Information Package will be sent out to all participants in early September. It includes many information including: access from the Airports to the venue, Registration on arrival, daily schedule, etc.
– If you requested us to arrange your hotel, the name and location of your hotel will be notified in mid-September.

- Reservation for Study Tour (option)
If you wish to participate in one of the Study Tours on Sunday, October 2, but not yet registered and made payment, please notify your preference to AFC Secretariat by email before August 5th (Fri) and then make payment as soon as possible but not later than August 26 (Fri). If we will not be able to confirm your payment in time, your registration will be cancelled.
Please note that ONLY IF there is some space left in the arranged buses, you can still register for an excursion at the venue.

◇How to register and make payment:
- Choose one from the study tour options and let the AFC secretariat know by email ([email protected]) which one you want to join. You can find the details from the following link: http://www.aisf.or.jp/AFC/2016/conference-program/
- AFC secretariat will revise your registration and you will receive the revised invoice.
- If you registered to pay via PayPal, log in to your page on the AFC Online system and click the Paypal Logo and follow the direction. If you pay via bank transfer, please do so as soon as possible but no later than August 26 (Fri).
- If you are an invited speaker, scholarship recipien, or committee member, your fee will be offset with the reimbursement of your air ticket, scholarship or honorarium.
