A collector's seal, kanzou-in ŠÓ‘ ˆó, which was impressed on Song and Yuan dynasties paintings *sougenga ‘vŒł‰ć, after they were imported to Japan. Until recently, this seal was believed to have belonged to Ashikaga Yoshimasa ‘Ť—˜‹` (1436-90), but recent investigation shows that zakkeshitsu was the name of a studio or hermitage belonging to Ashikaga Yoshinori ‘Ť—˜‹`‹ł (1394-1441) MUROMACHIDONO GYOUKOU OKAZARI-KI Žş’Ź“asKŒäü‹L (Tokugawa “żě Art Museum, Aichi prefecture). There are at present sixteen paintings which are impressed with the zakkeshitsu seal. Among them are "Quails" Uzura-zu ęG} (Nezu Ş’Ă Art Museum, Tokyo) and "Bamboo and Insect" Chikuchuu-zu ’|’Ž} (Tokyo National Museum), both attributed to Li An-zhong (Jp: Ri Anchuu —›ˆŔ’‰).
