A wristlet. A decorative ring *kansen θa‹ϊ, found on the wrists of *bosatsu •μŽF and other Buddhist sculpted images. Sometimes carved from the same block of wood as the main figure, or carved as a separate wooden ring or metal band then attached to the main figure. An example is the Bosatsu ryuuzou •μŽF—§‘œ in Shoukeji ³‰ΤŽ›, Kagawa prefecture.
