Also written @, @, g. One of the painting studios or guilds, za of the *nanto-edokoro sG connected to the Ichijouin @ of Koufukuji in Nara. The studio was thought to have been founded by Sonchi q (active early 13c) and many of its artists use the character "son " in their names, such as Myouson in the Nanbokuchou period, Sonchuu and Sonjun of the Muromachi period. Important paintings by this studio include the 1323 Shoutoku Taishi eden qG`, Shitennouji lV in Osaka which is signed "Edokoro Nanto Shounamiza Tootoumi Hokkyou Gs]@" on the back. Around the late 15c-early 16c, studio moved from the Ichijouin to the Daijouin @ at Koufukuji.
