A temporary shed used by carpenters, stone masons, and plasterers to prepare structural members for a building. Often parts such as bracket complexes are completely assembled in the shed before they are installed in the new building. Sometimes, for a large construction project, several sheds are erected for to create each of the different parts of the same building.
