ookoboshi shiki-ishi　大零し敷石

Lit. large scattered paving stones. One type of round-stone paving *tama-ishijiki 玉石敷, in which large round stones are laid in a free style pattern. It is one method of *ararekoboshi 霰零し paving, and is used in gardens.
