Also shougon busshi ‘‘Œµ•§Žt. Artists who made metal and jewelled ornaments for Buddhist statues. These ornaments included crowns *houkan •óŠ¥, strings of jewels *youraku àûàâ and bracelets *kansan èa‹ú. Kazaribusshi formed part of a team of specialists working in Buddhist sculpture workshops *bussho •§Š established in the 11c and active until the 19c.
