A gate with cast bronze doors or a gate that is entirely made of bronze. One example is the Nikkou Toushouguu “ϊŒυ“ŒΖ‹{ (1641) in Tochigi prefecture. It has a single ridge, is made of bronze called *hirakaramon •½“‚–ε of ikken-ikko ˆκŠΤˆκŒΛ. It also has undulating, gables are on each end and bronze, guard dogs *komainu Œ’, on each side. The gate is in front of the repository *houtou •σ“ƒ, for relics of people close to the shogun.
