The domed lid of a tea ceremony kettle with an indentation or depressed area around the knob. Sometimes called a fuji •xŽm shape. According to the *CHADOU SENTEI ’ƒ“Ήβ£’ϋ (1816), it harmonizes with Takeno Jouou's, •–μΠ‰¨ (1502-55) koararegama ŽqθŊ˜, a kettle decorated with protruding pebble-like bumps, covering the body, but not the lid or bottom.
