Tea ceremony book, written by Inagaki Kyuusou ˆξŠ_‹x™Υ (1770-1819) in 1816, and published in 1847, printed with woodblocks. In 5 volumes. Volume 1 includes a description of the origin of tea in Japan and China, tea parties, the tea ceremony, tea ceremony rooms, and utensils. Volume 2 has 8 articles on tea masters, painters and artists. Volume 3 has 21 articles on artisans, and artifacts associated with specific tea masters. Subsequent volumes discuss tea containers, tea bowls, tea scoops and other implements in detail.
