例えば [25-1-A301]は「8月25日の第１セッション(9:00-10:30)、Avenue棟3階の01室」（AはAvenue棟、HはHotel棟）になります。AFCオンラインシステムにログインしてご自分の論文をご覧になるとセッションの時間と場所が表示されます。
セッションは（いくつかの例外を除いて）発表要旨の投稿時にお選びいただいたトピックに基づいて調整しました。アジア未来会議は国際的かつ学際的なアプローチをめざしていますので、グループ分けは必ずしもご専門の分野でないことがありますことをご理解いただきますようお願します。
論文の発表要旨はProceedingsの冊子に掲載し、論文はCD-ROMで、参加者全員に配布されます。フルペーパーはAFCオンラインシステムからもダウンロードできます。

優秀論文賞授与式は、2018年8月26日にThe K-Hotelで開催される歓送会の中で執り行われます。

- 【重要】韓国入国のためのビザ申請のための招待状
韓国⼊国ビザを申請するために開催側が発⾏する書類が必要な⽅は、[email protected] にメールでお申し込みください。この招待状は、参加登録と参加費の納入を確認後に、共催の韓国財団法人 未来人力研究院が発行します。
メールには
– パスポートと同じ⽒名（アルファベットで、パスポートの記載通りにしてください）、
– ユーザー登録番号(4 桁)、
– 投稿番号(3 桁)、
– 生年月日、
– 所属・役職・住所・連絡先を記し、
– 韓国滞在期間を記載
– パスポートの写真のページのスキャンコピー(あるいは写真)を添付してください。パスポートの写真があるページを見て書類を作成するため、ページの全体がクリアに見えるようにしてください（写真のボケや光反射がないように撮る）。ファイル名を自分の名前にしてください。韓国入国ビザが必要かどうか、どのビザが必要かは、ここをご覧ください。
ビザが必要な方は、さらに居住地の韓国大使館や総領事館のビザ案内ページを確認してください。

- Conference Agenda now available
We are pleased to announce that the Conference Agenda of the Fourth Asia Future Conference (AFC) is now available for registered participants on the AFC online system. After logging in, you can go to “Browse Conference Agenda” or click the following link:
https://www.conftool.pro/AsiaFutureConference2018/sessions.phpYou can find your session from your page on the AFC online system. If you are a presenter, please check your submission. For example, [25-1-A301] means that your session is on August 25th, first session (9:00-10:30), at Avenue Building, 3rd floor, 01 Room (“A” is Avenue Building and “H” is Hotel Building).
The sessions were arranged (with some exceptions) according to the topics that you chose when you submitted your abstract. Please understand that because the AFC aims at an international and interdisciplinary approach, the grouping is not always according to the specific field of your research.
Abstracts will be included in the printed Proceedings and papers will be on a CD-ROM that comes along with the Proceedings. Both will be given to all registered participants. The papers can also be downloaded from the AFC online system.

The Best Paper Award Ceremony will take place during the Closing Party on August 26 at the K-Hotel.

- [IMPORTANT] Supporting document to apply for Visa to enter South Korea
If you require a visa to enter South Korea, please note the revised requirements to request a supporting document below.
For those who require a visa to enter South Korea, our co-host, the Center for Future Human Resource Studies, can send the supporting documents for your visa application. You need to apply for a visa at your nearest Korean Embassy/Consulate with the required documents. The supporting document will be issued only when your registration and payment is completed.
If you require this letter of support, please send an email request to < [email protected] > with the following information/documents:
– your name (as displayed in your passport)
– AFC User Registration Number (4 digits)
– AFC Submission Number (3 digits)
– your birthdate
– your affiliation, address and contact information
– state the period of time (dates and number of days) that you will be in South Korea
+ a scanned copy (or photo) of your passport page with your photo. Ensure that the copy of your passport is clearly visible and that there is no glare or reflection. Use your own name as the title of the file.If you do not send us all of the above information we will be unable to process your request.

If you need a visa, please also check the visa information at the homepage of the Korean Embassy or Consulate in your place of residence.

There will be no pick up service this time. So please manage your own way to the hotel. Details can be found here:

From Incheon airport there is a airport shuttle service to the hotel three times a day, which should be the easiest way to get to the hotel.

한국입국비자를 신청하기 위해 개최측이 발행하는 서류가 필요하신 분은 2018년 5월 1일 이후에 [email protected] 로 이메일을 보내셔서 신청해주세요. 이 초대장은 참가등록과 참가비 납부를 확인한 후에 공최의 한국재단법인 미래인력연구원이 발행합니다.
이메일에는 ① 여권과 동일한 성명（알파벳）, ② 사용자 등록번호(4자리), ③ 투고번호(3자리), ④ 생년월일, ⑤ 소속・직함・연락처를 기입하시고, ⑥ 여권의 사진 페이지를 스캔한 파일(혹은 사진)을 첨부해주세요.
