- Registration fee includes Proceedings, meals* and parties (*dinner on Friday, all meals on Saturday and Sunday, breakfast on Monday and Tuesday)
- Early-bird discount: 20% provided registration and payment was made between February 1 till April 10, 2018.
- Additional fee for excursion will be charged.

- Check-in on Friday, August 24, 2018, and check-out on Tuesday, August 28, 2018.
- Including breakfast.
- If you do not stay for 4 nights, the fee will be adjusted according to the actual days of stay only if you have notified the AFC Secretariat by May 31, 2018.
- There is no early bird discount for the Accommodation Fee.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received on or before May 31, 2018 will not incur any fee.
- Cancellations received after June 1, 2018 and before July 31, 2018 will incur a 50% fee.
- Cancellations received on or after August 1, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to the AFC Secretariat at [email protected].
5. Study Tours and Excursions
Study Tours and Excursions will be held on Monday, August 27, 2018. Several optional tours of half day or full day trips with the themes of “Peace” (e.g. DMZ at the border with North Korea), “Prosperity” (e.g. Seoul City Center), or Korean art and culture, etc. will be organized. Detailed Information and registration form will be available on the AFC website before February 1, 2018.

4. キャンセル
– 参加費を納入後、2018年5月31日まではキャンセル料がかかりません。
– 2018年6月1日から7月31日までは、50％のキャンセル料がかかります。
– 2018年8月1日以後は100％のキャンセル料がかかります。

5. 見学会・スタディツアー
2018年8月27日（月）に実施します。韓国と北朝鮮の非武装地帯（DMZ）、繁栄を誇るソウル市内や韓国の芸術文化を見学する半日、あるいは１日のコースを用意する予定です。2018年2月1日までにコースとオンライン申込みフォームをホームページ上に発表します。

5. 견학・스터디 투어
2018년 8월 27일（월）에 실시합니다. 한국과 북한의 비무장지대（DMZ）, 번영을 자랑하는 서울시내와 한국의 예술문화를 견학하는 반종일 혹은 1일 코스가 준비될 예정입니다. 2018년 2월 1일까지 코스와 온라인 신청양식이 홈페이지에 발표됩니다.
