- AFC Timeline
– The schedule for parallel sessions will be announced to all presenters through the AFC Online System by August 24, 2016. After necessary adjustments, it will be finalized by September 1, 2016.
– Information Package will be sent out to all participants in early September. It includes many information including: access from the Airports to the venue, Registration on arrival, daily schedule, etc.
– If you requested us to arrange your hotel, the name and location of your hotel will be notified in mid-September.
