Urgent Notice about the First Asia Future Conference

Dear Registrants to the First Asia Future Conference

It is with much regret that due to the unexpected deterioration in the political situation, Japan-related events to be held in China has one by one been cancelled. After deliberations on this situation, the Asia Future Conference Executive Committee would like to request your kind cooperation with respect to the following four points

(1) Since the 1st Asia Future Conference will be held as scheduled from the 8th (Fri) to 10th (Mon) of March 2013, please do not change your plans to participate.

(2) Final decision on the venue will be made by October 31, 2013 (Wed). We will inform you of the decision.

(3) Please do not purchase your air tickets until then. Should you have already made the purchase, please hold on to your tickets.

(4) We plan to start accepting (early-bird) payments for participation fees (registration fees, board and lodging payments) from mid-November, but we will notify you once preparations have been completed.

With your kind cooperation we hope to continue pushing for good global citizenship through the principle of harmony in diversity.
