Notice: Outstanding Papers in the First Asia Future Conference

Dear Abstract Submitters

The preparations for the 1st Asia Future Conference, which would be held in Bangkok on March 2013, are proceeding smoothly. We would like to advise you of the screening for the full paper.

1. The paper could be uploaded even after the December 31st deadline, but only the papers, which have been submitted online by the deadline, would be considered for the Outstanding Papers.
2. The screening for the Outstanding Papers will be rigorously undertaken by the Academic Committee. Only the authors of the selected papers will be notified upon completion of the screening.
3. The outstanding paper authors will be given an award certificate, award money(US$300), and a souvenir item. The award money can be converted to a full subsidy of the participation expenses (registration fee and hotel accommodation expenses). The awarding ceremony will be held at the 1st Asia Future Conference. In case of absence in the awarding ceremony, the award will be considered void. The outstanding papers will be awarded to about 10% of the submitted full papers in each field (Natural Science, Social Science, Humanity).
4. In addition to outstanding papers, a screening for outstanding young researcher presentations, and outstanding poster presentations will be made, and certificates and souvenir items will be awarded.
5. The full papers submitted online will be compiled in a Proceedings (DVD), and will be distributed together with the presentation abstract to all participants in the 1st Asia Future Conference. The Outstanding Papers, on consent of the authors, will be included in the Collections of Outstanding Papers that would be issued by SGRA at a later date.
