Re: Conference Venue, Session Agenda, and Participation Confirmation
(1) Conference Venue
The venue of the AFC is the Conference Center of the Hotel Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, Thailand. General Participants will stay at the same hotel. Please see the link below for hotel details.

(2) Tentative Session Agenda
Based on the abstracts that were submitted online, a tentative Session Agenda is now available. Click “Browse Conference Agenda” after you log in your page. “Table View” is recommended. Please note that this agenda is subject to change when needed until the Symposium.
(3) Confirmation of Participation
All participants MUST do the following procedure of confirmation of participation. You should get the confirmation notice at the end.
1. Login to your page on the AFC Homepage.
2. Click “Register as Participant“.
3. You will select one of the following options according to your participation status.
Participant Groups / Early fee (before Dec. 31st) / standard fee
Subsidy Recipients (double occupancy) / US$0 / US$0
Subsidy Recipients (single room) / US$160 / US$200
General Participants with Lodging (double occupancy) / US$400 / US$500
General Participants with Lodging (single room) / US$560 / US$700
General Participants without Lodging (Registration Only) / US$240 / US$300
Young Researchers with Lodging (double occupancy) / US$240 / US$300
Young Researchers without Lodging (Registration Only) / US$144 / US$180
Session Observers / US$17 / US$17
Session Student Observers / US$0 / US$0
4. Following the instructions, select the payment method.
(Subsidy Recipients need not pay or select the payment method but please complete the procedure up to the end.)
A) Bank transfer to a Japanese Bank Account
B) Via Paypal (by Visa or MasterCard)
If you cannot pay by either method, please contact the AFC Secretariat.
5. When you have completed the above procedure, your participation will be confirmed. You will be able to download an invoice and confirmation of participation. Also if you pay through Paypal, you will receive the receipt.
6. If you need an official receipt from the AFC, please contact the AFC Secretariat.
7. Open the following link and fill in the Travel Form as soon as possible but no later than February 1st, 2013.

You will be asked to fill in the following information:
•Your flight information with flight number, arrival and departure time.
•The name and AFC registration number of a person with whom you want share the room. Leave blank if you do not have any preference.
•Choose the options for excursions. You can see the options from the following link.

Your registration is complete when you have sent your travel form.
Last but not least, please be reminded to submit online your full paper by December 312012.
